1. Refund Policies
Subject to any withdrawal right you may have under applicable law, charges are non-refundable unless the price plan terms expressly say otherwise. Except as otherwise required by law, the costs of any returns if permitted will be at your expense.
2. Order Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of any order placed should be cancelled by phone only before 1:00 PM on the same working day or next working day if your order placed on a holiday. Once order is dispatched, it is responsibility of the customer to receive the package with the full payment. If order is cancelled after the above mentioned timeframe and package has been dispatched from the warehouse, cost of shipment and handling has to be borne by the customer.
